Razer Serpent Mantle
Like many other cloaks, obtaining the Razer Serpent Mantle comes down to lucky, loot drops from enemies, chests, fishing and carriages. It is twice as rare as other tier 3 cloaks. If one owns the Razer Night Serpent Pack (DLC), it becomes a craftable item after slaying Sir Magnus the Overseer.
