Razer Serpent Wrap

Like many other cloaks, obtaining the Razer Serpent Wrap comes down to lucky, loot drops from enemies, chests, fishing and carriages. It is twice as rare as other tier 1 cloaks. If one owns the Razer Night Serpent Pack (DLC), it becomes a craftable item after slaying Keely the Frost Archer.
