Level 44 Patrols the roads of Dunley Farmlands Brutal
Vincent can be found patrolling the central region of the Dunley Farmlands, starting and ending in the Militia Encampment just north of Haunted Iron Mine. His path proceeds southwest before turning north around the eastern side of Mosswick Village, heading to the northern roads of Dunley, then turning south past the eastern side of the Dunley Farmers Market to circle back to his starting point. He is guarded by two Militia Crossbowmen.

| Frost Barrier | He creates a reflective shield that radiates a cone of frost damage which inflicts if hit. The shield does not deflect AoE attacks such as Bone Explosion or the crossbow's Rain of Bolts. |
| Crystal Lance | He holds his shield in the air, then swipes it in front of him, firing 5 ice projectiles in a cone that inflict . This ability is signaled by a distinct shrill sound effect. |
| Chill Charge | He shouts "I feel a chill coming on!" and gains increased movement speed as well as ice particles around his feet. After running back and forth for a moment he will charge toward the player and inflict if he hits them, then repeat this process 2 more times. |
| Ice Vortex | He holds his shield in the air and conjures a large vortex of ice around him that inflicts . After a brief delay the vortex detonates, dealing massive damage to players inside it. The explosion deals damage a little further than the area indicates and the damage cannot be blocked by counter or barrier spells but can be dodged with a Veil dash. |
